Early and late results of intravenous immunoglobulin as potential adjuvant therapies in critically ill COVID-19 patients: a retrospective cohort study

Introduction: Intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG), which is one of the adjuvant therapy strategies, has been started to be used in critically ill COVID-19 patients due its anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects. 
 Material Method: In our study, it was aimed evaluate effect IVIG intensive care unit on early laboratory findings late lung damage. Twenty-two who met inclusion criteria were included study. Laboratory data received 0.4 gr/kg/day for 5 days analyzed before treatment 1st 5th treatment. For percentage injured areas evaluated with chest CT.
